Who we are
outbidsport.lol is an entertainment project operated independently (contact: outbidsports@gmail.com). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sports team, league, or federation mentioned on the site. Team names are used solely to identify the object of fan support.
What you are paying for
Payments are voluntary contributions to a public fan ranking. In exchange, your contribution is added to your team's pot, displayed on the leaderboard, and you receive a digital supporter certificate. You are not buying goods, services, merchandise, or anything from the teams themselves. Contributions do not go to the teams.
No refunds
Because the contribution takes effect immediately and permanently on the public ranking, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Amounts are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
Privacy
We store the minimum: an anonymous browser identifier (for the online counter), your contribution amount, and — only if you choose to provide it — a display name. The display name is public. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their privacy policy. To remove a display name, email us.
Fair play
We may remove names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain advertising. Attempts to defraud the ranking may result in removal of contributions without refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence.
